So offset mode does that for you, it changes the CPU VID depending on the load. This variation of CPU VID vs CPU Load is perfcet at stock. If your CPU can overclock at stock voltage then you don't need an offset for you overclock. AMD Ryzen Master only reports 1.224-1.248V while CPU-Z is showing max 1.320V and HWiNFO64 v6.31-4245 shows 1.313V. So do I understand override mode wrong here?

Make sure your Rampage Memory Tweak is set to the IVB-E mode (I think it's #3), and test. If you get P95 errors, try changing the Memory Latency Boundary to "Furthest".
