WebIf you wanted to, trace the image and delete/alter the bits you want changed. A trace is not going to be as good if you ask me. This strikes me as a job for GIMP or your other photoshoppy software. Removing the background will be trivial and you can edit out the text by approximating what's behind it with paintbrushes.
