Webb5 feb. 2024 · When a large force is applied to the hinge, it does "break" from a physics perspective and visually the connected objects separate BUT the joints are not destroyed nor is OnJointBreak () called. It appears Unity only destroys joints and calls OnJointBreak correctly from joints created in the inspector at design time.
