Your E3D V6 hotend has an advertised throughput of about 15mm^3/s. In practice, this tends to be a bit optimistic. 11.5mm^³/s is a safer number. The viscosity of the filament reduces this further with most PETG limiting the V6 to 8mm^3/s or less.
