It is in fact, a plan for UN Global control of mineral resources, land, water, energy, food supply, human beings and just about everything on earth. WebAGENDA 21 DEPOPULATION MAP SHOULD BE DRIVING A POWERFUL PUBLIC RESPONSE BUT THAT HASN’T HAPPENED.
